This week I’ve been thinking about dialing in my story. When someone says “what are you looking for” what do you say? When someone asks “where do your expertise focus on” what’s your answer? It’s easy to say “I’m looking for a strategy director job”, but is that memorable? Does that really define you? “I’m looking for a strategy job in health in wellness to leverage my fast experience with mid to large companies in the sector” might narrow your opportunities, but it also will make you come to the top of the pile when one that comes around crosses their plate.
